Coronavirus COVID-19 Readiness

Update (November 10, 2021)

There has been no changes since the last update dated November 16, 2020, the bank continues to operate normally. To help keep our employees and customers safe please do not visit the bank if you are ill.

Update (November 16, 2020)

The lobbies of our branches are now open Monday through Friday (At this time all lobbies are closed Saturday).  Drive thru hours remain unchanged. If you are ill or have not been fever free for at least 72 hours we would ask that you not visit the bank until you are healthy to do so.

Update (November 4, 2020)

Due to the rising number of Covid-19 cases in Sumner and Sedgwick counties, our lobbies will be temporarily closed. We will continue to provide service through our drive-thru. If you have questions, need to speak with a loan officer, or need access to your safe deposit box, please call 316.524.5284. We apologize for the inconvenience

Update (April 4, 2020)

The lobbies of our branches are now open Monday through Friday (At this time all lobbies are closed Saturday).  Drive thru hours remain unchanged.  We are taking a cautious approach and may limit the number of customers in the lobby at one time.  You also may be asked health related questions and/or have your temperature taken at the door.  If you are ill or have not been fever free for at least 72 hours we would ask that you not visit the bank until you are healthy to do so.  Customers are not required to wear masks, if you do wear a mask we may ask you to remove the mask momentarily for security purposes.

 

Update (March 25, 2020):

Special Message from the CEO;

The Sedgwick County Commission approved a stay-at-home order effective Wednesday, March 25, 2020. This order does NOT APPLY TO BANKS. Valley State Bank will be OPEN all regular business days now and in the future to transact your business. As a reminder, our lobbies are closed until further notice but we are still working and we are here for you. If you need lobby access, please call for an appointment and we will be happy to help you.  Drive ins and phone lines are OPEN regular hours.

Update (March 18, 2020):

Starting Saturday, March 21, our branch lobbies will be closed. Drive-thrus will remain open with normal business hours.   We are happy to meet with our customers by appointment. Please call your local branch to meet with us.

All of our online services will remain operational.  We strongly recommend customers to use our online services, including mobile banking, online banking, text banking and 24-hour ATMs whenever possible. If you have questions on how to use these services, please call us and we will be happy to help you get started.

We will be here for you and ready to serve your financial needs through this uncertain time. Our commitment to serving you, our employees and the community is our top priority.
